HOW IT WORKS

1.1 GET up to TZS. 2,000/- Rafiki Bonus in 2 easy steps:

1.1.1 Place accumulative bets with total stake of TZS 5,000.00 or single bet with a stake of TZS 5,000.00 or more and get an ‘Invitation’ through which you can invite your friends to join˟ via SMS by sending ACCEPT #** *** *** (Your Phone Number) to 15888 or “join online” or through USSD. Every time your accumulative bets or single bet reaches the value of TZS 5,000.00 you become entitled to invite one friend.

* For you to qualify, your friends must, during registration, state you as a person who referred them.

1.1.2 Have your friends place a bet of at least TZS. 500.00 stake on any football match or other sport match on a 3way market (1,X,2) with odds greater than or equal to 1.3, any multi bet combination on any market for any sport, or a jackpot bet. Jackpot bet with jackpot bonus is not applicable. You will earn a bonus corresponding to the amount staked up to a maximum of TZS 2,000.00.

APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RAFIKI BONUS

These terms should be read together with the General Terms and Conditions.

Promotional Period

The promotion commenced at 00:01 a.m. on Thursday, 28^th March 2019 and shall continue until closed subject to issuance of seven days’ notice of closing date and time (“Promotional Period”).

Eligibility

Only persons registered with SportPesa (“Member/s”) who have placed bet(s) are eligible to participate in the Rafiki Bonus promotion.

Members must be of 18 years of age and above.

Members of Staff of SportPesa Limited are not eligible to participate in the promotion either as referees or as referred persons.

The referring member must have placed accumulative bets with total stakes amounting to TZS 5,000.00 or one bet with a minimum stake of TZS 5,000.00 with SportPesa.

The referred persons who becomes Members must commence using their account by placing a bet on any football match on a 3way market (1,X,2) with odds greater than or equal to 1.3, any multi bet combination on any market for any sport, or a jackpot bet save for jackpot bet with jackpot bonus.

You will, within twelve (12) minutes automatically receive a bonus corresponding to the bet placed by your referred friend up to a maximum of Tanzania Shilling Two Thousand (TZS 2,000.00) on any football match on the 3way market (1,X,2) with odds greater than or equal to 1.3, any multi bet combination on any market for any sport, or a jackpot bet save for jackpot bet with jackpot bonus.

All Rafiki Bonus claims are valid for seven (7) days. Any claim from bets placed after expiration of the seventh day will be void.

Bonus amounts received via the Rafiki bonus offer may be withdrawn or used for placing a bet(s).

MISCELLANEOUS

The Rafiki Bonus offer is intended for bona fide Members, that is, those Members who act at all times in good faith, sincerely, without fraud, for the purpose of recreation and entertainment. There are controls and checks that take place before your request is processed, after which you may, subject to internal verification process, receive your bonus.

Persons who engage in sports betting as a profession or other persons considered by the management of SportPesa to be abusing the offer may, at the discretion of Management, have their right to participate in the promotion revoked. The decision of SportPesa Management is final.

Participation in the Rafiki bonus promotion amounts to acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of SportPesa membership.
